Post-fermentation Aroma Delivery
Easy to use, scalable, & crafted for flavor accuracy. Concentrated oils enhance hop character late in the process.
Why choose post-fermentation delivery?
Post-fermentation hop additions allow you to precisely fine-tune aroma and flavor. By delivering hops late in the brewing process, brewers gain greater control, efficiency, and consistency.
Extraordinary Aroma Delivery Starts Post-fermentation
Unlock full hop expression at the final stage of brewing, without added complexity or waste.
Guidance for effective post-fermentation dosing
Post-fermentation addition typically occurs during transfer to the bright beer tank or directly in a recirculating loop. For best results, hop oils and other post-fermentation products should be dosed into a turbulent beer stream, ideally upstream of a pump or a 90-degree turn to ensure dispersion.
Avoid dosing near CO₂ inlets or heavily carbonated zones, as this can lead to volatility and loss of aroma compounds. Dosing should be spread evenly across the full transfer volume to promote uniform distribution.
For specific dosing rates, always consult the product’s technical data sheet and start with small-scale trials to dial in your sensory targets.
