Micro-crystalline Curcumin in Vegetable Oil Oil dispersible/soluble extract with standardized concentrations of micro-crystalline curcumin. Widely used in processed foods such as snack seasonings, process cheese, spray-dried cheese, batter, and breadings.
Water Soluble Oleoresin turmeric dissolved in and standardized with polysorbate 80. Water and brine solubility make this product ideal for use in pickles, mustard, and highly seasoned sauces such as curry.
Water Soluble-Deflavored Deflavored turmeric dissolved in and standardized with polysorbate 80. Water solubility and low flavor make this product acceptable for use in delicately flavored foods such as cereal, sauces, soup, ice cream, and yogurt.
Aquaresin® Turmeric A water dispersible formulation based on curcumin or turmeric extractives. Water dispersibility is achieved without the use of polysorbate making this product appropriate for use in spray dried cheese or other products where polysorbate 80 is not permitted.
Powder Pure curcumin pigments available in concentrations greater than 85% or standardized with maltodextrin at lower pigment levels.
