Paprika
Overview
Paprika is valued for its flavor and color. Dried and ground paprika is both a garnish and an essential flavor ingredient in goulash, chicken paprika, French dressings, chorizo, and deviled eggs.
In the 1950's, the first paprika extracts were produced for the food industry in response to the need for paprika with:
