Oleoresin Paprika is produced by the extraction of lipids and pigments from
the pods of sweet red pepper, Capsicum annuum L. Commercial crops are
cultivated throughout the temperate climates of the world. Because
consistent oleoresin quality is a primary Kalsec® objective, we maintain a
program that carefully controls the integrity of the varieties of raw
material from which we produce our oleoresins.
