Masala
Masala literally means 'mixture of spices.' Made by blending, and sometimes roasting, dried and ground herbs and spices, Masalas are the building blocks which provide distinctive character to dishes from various regions of India. Masalas of the north include warm spices such as bay, cardamom, cinnamon, ginger, mace, and nutmeg. Southern masalas include chillies, ginger, and onions.
Cumin, coriander, clove, allspice, cilantro, fennel, fenugreek, garlic and turmeric are other commonly used spices.
We have developed our versions of two popular northern seasonings: one a Garam Masala and the other, a Tandoori Masala. Either may be customized with the Aquaresin® spices listed above.

Tikka
One of the most popular Indian dishes, Tikka is a mildly spiced meat dish with low pungency. Tikka seasoning is mixed with yogurt and used as both a marinade for meat or poultry and as an accompanying sauce.

Korma
